Full form of RNA, what is the full form of RNA?

The full form of RNA is Ribonucleic Acid. RNA generally helps in various biological roles like decoding the genes, Tran scripting the genes as well as regulating the gene formation. As a whole, RNA is one of the important Macromolecules that helps in the essential living of life. And also, it is a Single-stranded molecule containing Ribonucleotides. These nucleotides, in turn, are connected with covalent bonds that are available between the Phosphate of one molecule and the sugar of another molecule.

RNA is known as Ribonucleic Acid. it helps in various organic roles like decoding the genetic factor, Tran scripting the genetic factor as well as regulating the gene formation. it is a Single-stranded molecule containing Rib nucleotides. This RNA has three components namely, a Five carbon sugar which is Ribose and Phosphate group.

Ribonucleic Acid.

Like DNA, this RNA has three components namely, a Five carbon sugar which is Ribose and Phosphate group. This is found in the 3rd position of Ribose and the 5th position of the next ribose. Additionally, the Nitrogenous base, which consists of Adenine, Guanine, Cytosine, Uracil. As mentioned above, the link between nucleotides is known as Phosphodiester linkage or bond. RNA is not direct, it always folds to a 3-dimensional structure known as Hairpin loops. Henceforth, these Nitrogenous loops bind to one another like Adenine with Uracil(A-U), Guanine with Cytosine(G-C). As seen above, the presence of Hairpin loops is available in messenger RNA as well as in Transfer RNA.

There are two various types of nucleic acids which are polymers detected in all living cells. Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) is located mainly or individually in the nucleus of the cell, Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) is discovered mainly in the cytoplasm of the cell although it is ordinarily integrated into the foundation.

Forms of RNA include transfer RNA (tRNA), messenger RNA (mRNA), and ribosomal RNA (rRNA). RNA consists of four nitrogenous bases that are adenine, cytosine, uracil, and guanine. Human diseases causing RNA viruses include Orthomyxoviruses, Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Ebola disease, SARS, influenza, polio measles.

As we all know getting vaccinated is very important to protect ourselves from Coronavirus. The Covid vaccines namely Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 are messenger RNA vaccines (mRNA vaccines).
