The full form of ODF is Open Defecation Free. ODF का फुल फॉर्म “Open Defecation Free (ओपन डेफिकेसन फ्री)” होता है। It is basically the human culture that humans practice defecation in the open areas rather than the toilet. The people who live in villages or in poor areas where they don’t have much money to build a toilet. In India, there are some places where people don’t have money to buy food to live. But also there are some villages where people have this traditional cultural practice to go open areas for defecation. Even if the toilets are available people are not able to change their behavior.
