The full form of NEWS is Nature Environment & Wildlife Society. It is an NGO (Non-Government Organization) which is situated in West Bengal, Kolkata. It is developed in 1919. The main objective of NEWS is to aware of the public about how to stop the environment to get polluted & how to save our wildlife society. Dr. J.R.B. is the president of the NGO & Dr. H.S. Debnath is the vice president of NEWS. Moreover, they both are governing this by his way to get conserve more ecosystem, wildlife, natural resources & sustainable livelihood for an improved environment.

Furthermore, our wildlife society is getting extinct day by day because the environment getting more polluted daily they cannot survive there in this environment. Also, when people stop the car at the red light they should turn off the car but they don’t. They are going to finish it. NEWS is registered under the Societies West Bengal XXVI of 1961. Moreover, It is also registered under FCR (Foreign Contribution Regulation) Act 1976 under the Ministry of Home Affairs. It works as per the rules & regulations of these acts. NEWS NGO gives a new life to many animals and wildlife.
