The acronym IPCC and its full form are Integrated Professional Competence Course. It is certainly the starting point of the chartered accountancy course. Generally, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) takes the examination for this course. Henceforth, to join these courses students need to clear CPT or graduation or post-graduation eventually. However, after graduation or post-graduation, candidates can pursue IPCC, the overall passing percentage is 55% for commerce graduates meanwhile for non-commerce graduates or postgraduate students it is 60%.
While a student of the Institute of Cost accountant of India can also directly join the IPCC course if they don’t fulfill the requirement of percentage in their graduation or post-graduation.
Firstly, the student needs to enroll themselves for IPCC through the official website of ICAI. Then after getting registered students to need to undergo 35 hours of orientation course and 100 hours of IT training with ICAI approved institute.
The most important part is to pass the IPCC with 50% marks in aggregate.

The IPCC Exams are held only twice every year. IPCC has eight subjects and over 7000 pages of study books. A student is expected to cover the whole syllabus in the nine months study period allotted to them. The difficulty level of the exam is very high.
