The full form of HR is Human Resources where a person in a company looks at the overall workforce with each person lending their skills and talents to the company to help it succeed. It is mainly to make up the workforce of an organization which means each employee of a company is a resource of that company. A company manager who is responsible for the recruitment of new candidates, handling management tasks, giving direction to the new employees, and training them properly in a structured manner which is the job of an HR that is Human Resources. Human Resource is the most important part of a company that considers every employee as its asset. A company is only successful if its employees are honest and determined for their own individual work as well as teamwork which is also an important part to make their company successful.
