There are all over 940 vaccines applied of which 329 were cellular and 611 were acellular. Whereas, body temperature over and above 38.5 degrees C is occupied by 3% of children who are immunized with cellular DTPw, and vomiting occurred in 0.8% of children who are facing through acellular DTP vaccine. However, vomiting is faced by 0.9% of children (more than 5 times) are immunized with DPTw and 0.32% of children are immunized DPT. The vaccine should be stored at 2-8 degrees Celcius.
