The Full form of CDS is Combined Defense Services. This is actually a civil service exam. Combined defense services are abbreviated as CDS. However, it is an All- India level exam. In fact, it is conducted once every six months. The UPSC takes care of this exam. UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. The central government took care of CDS exams. In fact, they assign jobs related to marks scored. As a result, it focuses on the armed forces of India. At first, the CDS conducts the examination. Second, candidates will be shortlisted. The shortlisted candidates are based on the exam results. Third, according to the scores, candidates are allotted training. As a result, when candidates are trained, they are allotted with posting. “CDS exam eligibility”-:
Candidates who have settled in India permanently also can join CDS. Candidates necessity be graduate or at least appear in the final year/semester. The merest age limit is 19 to apply for CDS 2020. Women candidates are only eligible to apply for OTA. Bachelor candidates should not be divorced.
The candidate applying for Combined Defense Services is eligible only if he/she follows the given criteria:
The candidate should be physically as well as mentally fit. Permanent tattoos are not allowed. Hearing impairment is not allowed. There should be no active congenital venereal disease.
