The full form of CLAT is Common Law Admission Test. This is a national-level test for law students. It is an entrance test that is taken by the different 22 National Law Universities. The student who wants to get admission to the law university has to clear the CLAT. However, if they didn’t clear the exam, they will not be able to get admission to the Law University. Furthermore, The requirement for Undergraduate programs is that the candidate should have completed 12th from any recognized board. Also, For the Master in Law Programs, the candidates should have a clear LLB. The CLAT exam for the undergraduate program of 1 hour & the exam includes General Knowledge, Maths, Legal Aptitude, Legal Awareness, Current Affairs & Logical Reasoning. For the LLM entrance exam, the duration of it is about 2 hours & the subject is the same but some of the content of LLB include in it. The exam is held in the English language. This exam is held once a year in the month of May.
