The process to get information from RTI-:
The first application can also be filed online. As per RTI Act, no fee has to be paid for the first appeal. RTI was enacted by the Parliament of India on 15 June 2005. Any person who is a citizen of India can file an RTI application, The person can seek information about any government organization, ongoing program, any public authority, etc.
According to the Supreme Court order, the applicant is allowed to submit RTI applications only three times a year.
